Commissioning
At the core of what we do, we work hard to make buildings work more sustainable through intelligent Mechanical and Electrical Design and installation so
lutions. To date, we have worked on a variety of project types and sizes, both domestic and commercial with a large majority of our project being in central London. In undertaking a project, we work hard to ensure no stone is ever left unturned in helping our clients properties operate to optimum levels of efficiency.
We work to deliver sustainable, affordable, well-designed building services across a variety of sectors. We are skilled in the delivery of all stages of the design process from initial concept through to detailed design and construction stage support. On every project we undertake, our staff are seamlessly able to deliver broad-ranging knowledge and experience of conventional solutions, as well as fresh thinking on alternative solutions to servicing requirements to provide comfortable, functional environments.
To help deliver the best end result, we will consult closely with building developers, owners and users to fully understand the purpose of each building. This is so your building is safe, healthy and comfortable for occupants, while being easy to maintain and less costly to run. This is so your building is able to meet todays requirements whilst being able to adapt to future needs.
Our knowledge and experience enables us to work on all types of buildings, ranging from complex office environments and retail centres, to museums and educational establishments, and from residential developments to laboratories and data centres. We have extensive experience in buildings services engineering and have undertaken a great variety of projects.
Delivering a more sustainable approach
Our design approach and goal is to understand the clients brief, assess the needs of the building and look for new innovations in the design process. Buildings are responsible for over 40% of all energy consumption across the world so there is an inherent responsibility to help minimise carbon emissions and reduce energy consumption. This is done in order to meet regulatory change and the sustainable agenda. Overall, we work very much to the belief that Mechanical and Electrical Design is able to work best when it works together.
