Luxury residential development of 9 Apartments over 3 floors. RH MEP LTD Complete MEP Fit-out, including cutting-edge heat pumps as a heat source at the apartments.
2020-2022 (Arrival Headquarters)
Commercial Electric Vehicle Company
Complete renovation of headquarters in the heart of London, 5000 sq M of office spaces along with workshops and showroom facility, RH LTD installing a new plant room with a water distribution network to commercial kitchens and tea and coffee facilities network. Temporary works to support current working floor offices. We are upgrading the gas supply—air to water source heat pumps and air conditioning throughout the building. Working alongside the leading industry recognised architects to deliver this state of the art facility.
MEP design and build coordination from RH team, extensive pre-fabrication, with central plant facility room we are successfully executing this project on schedule.
2020-2021 (Electric Car Factory)
Charge Electrical Car Factory
Commercial Project Charge Cars Factory (Complited 2020) company will produce 499 battery-powered examples of the iconic muscle car using officially licensed 1960s-style bodyshells. RH LTD package mechanical ventilation and bespoke heating designed and built project. Bespoke solution implemented and handed over on time.
(2021-2022) Happy Electron
Commercial Lab Research Facility
Offices and laboratorie facilities. RH LTD completed mechanical and electrical package for bespoke humidity-controlled lab facility. The exclusive design and build project involved modern high-tech solutions within the research facility and a functional and versatile building management system (BMS) that controls 26 air changes lab floor and modern office spaces.
2018 - 2019 (KIDZ#1, London)
Leisure facility in the heart of London
The UK’s first interactive and educational soft play centre. RH LTD Mechanical electrical and plumbing package delivered in time. Fully designed and build project where delivery of innovative technology offers a comfortable, fun atmosphere for kids alongside a relaxing zone for parents. Mechanical ventilation to restaurants and cafes within the facility heat recovery units water colled FCUs controlled by BMS offers a cost-effective climate control solution.

Leisure facility in the heart of London, MEP package completed by RH LTD for Italian brand restaurant. Plumbing commercial kitchen, sanitary welfare facility.

Catering Facility Project London Paddington
Complete MEP package completed by RH LTD. We are working alongside one of London's busiest and oldest train stations. London Paddington bear caf has opened its doors to the public. The project comprised commercial kitchen installation, design and build of ventilation, and air conditioning throughout the facility.
